Please Read Before Booking

Please take a moment to review the following information before booking your appointment. This helps ensure everything runs smoothly and that you have the best experience possible.

⏰ Appointment Time

Please allow 2–3 hours for your appointment, as service times are estimates and unexpected delays can happen.

VIP appointments are the only appointments where a specific finish time can be guaranteed, because VIP hours are private appointments.

➕ Additional Services

Please make sure you select all additional services you may need when booking your appointment.

Appointment times are estimated based on the style and services selected at the time of booking. Additional services such as blow-drying your hair can extend your appointment time.

If you arrive needing an additional service that was not selected during booking, an additional fee will apply.

💇🏽‍♀️ Hair Preparation

Your hair must be clean, washed, and blown-dry before your appointment.

Please arrive with no chemicals or products in your hair, including grease, oils, conditioner, or similar products.

If you need your hair washed or blown-dry, please select the appropriate add-on when booking.

⏰ Late Arrivals

I do not charge a late fee because I understand that things happen.

However, if you are more than 15 minutes late and have not called ahead to let me know, your appointment will be canceled.

💰 Deposits & Rescheduling

All styles require a non-refundable $30 deposit to secure your appointment.

You may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

If you reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will need to book a new appointment and your original deposit will be forfeited.

If you need assistance with rescheduling, please contact me as early as possible.

👥 Guests & Children

No extra guests or children are permitted unless they are also receiving a service.

This policy is very important, so please plan accordingly.

⭐ VIP Hours

VIP appointments are available for an additional $30 fee.

Please make sure you only select a VIP time if you need those hours and are comfortable paying the additional VIP fee.

VIP Hours:

* Monday–Saturday: 4:00 AM–8:00 AM and 5:00 PM–11:00 PM
* Sunday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
