Can I return to work after my hair appointment? It's best to allow a 2-to-3-hour gap between the end of your appointment and heading to work, as unexpected things can occur.
Will my appointment take longer than scheduled?
Yes, depending on each client your hair appointment might take longer. You will be asked to come in 30 minutes early or stay at least 1 our minutes after planned.
Can I reserve VIP services, and what are the fees involved? VIP services are available for an additional $30 on Sundays all day, as well as Monday to Friday from 4 a.m. to 8.m. and 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. You can book these services through the website, but please note that you will need to pay the applicable fees for your selected time.
Do I have to wash my hair or can you?
ensure your hair is washed, blow-dried, and free of products before hairstyle appointment. If you prefer, you can add a wash and blowout an additional $50. If your hair is not blow-dried, an extra $10 will be charged.
Can I corn or twist my hair prior to my appointment? Yes, you can safely twist or cornrow hair. However, please avoid using any products as there will be a $50 charge for a wash and blow if your hair contains product. It's crucial that your hair is free from any products."
