Frequently Asked Questions

Can I go to work after my Hair Appointment is completed?

Give yourself at-least a 1 to 2 hours gap between the end of your appointment and the time you go to work.

Can I book VIP services and what does it cost?

VIP services cost an extra $30 for Sunday and everyday 4 a.m. to 8 a.m. and after 5 p.m. to

10 p.m. 

You will have to contact me before booking to be approved for VIP. 

Can I Corn Row or Twist my Hair before my appointment?

No! DO not twist or corn row.

Can I change my style at my appointment before we get started?

No! ONCE you book your hairstyle online you cannot change it during our appointment. You have will have to cancel online and book your appointment for an open time slot.

Can I bring any people with me or my kid(s)?

No. You cannot bring anyone with you unless they are also being serviced during or after your appointment.

Will I be charged if I am late for my appointment?

If you are 15 Minutes late or more your appointment will be cancelled. There is not additional charge. However, your deposit will not be refundable.

Will my appointment take longer than scheduled?

Yes, depending on each client your hair appointment might take longer. You will be asked to come in 30 minutes early or stay at least 30 minutes after planned.

Do I have to wash my hair or can you?

​All clients must come with hair washed, BLOW DRIED OUT, and product free before hairstyle appointments. However, if your hair is not BLOW DRIED OUT we will charge you an additional $10 FEE for service.

Is hair included?

Hair is included in all hairstyle besides or weave services.

Do you prefer for late or early appointments?

Please book your appointment in the earlier time slots. We ask you to be courteous of our time.

Is my $30 deposit refundable?

No. Your deposit is not refundable.

How do I pay my remainder balance?

When you arrive for your appointment you can pay via ZELLE, Cash, or Cash app. There is a $5 FEE when using Cash app.

Can you squeeze me in your schedule?

Depending on our schedule we can squeeze you in which will cost you an additional $30 FEE.
