Can I reserve VIP services, and what are the fees involved? VIP services are available for an additional $30 on Sundays all day 4 am to 4-pm, as well as Monday to Saturday from 4 a.m. to 8.m. and 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. all holidays are vip . You can book these services through the website, but please note that you will need to pay the applicable fees for your selected time.
Is my $30 deposit refundable? No, your deposit is non-refundable. Additionally, if you choose our VIP time, you will need to pay an extra $30, even if you have already paid the deposit on the website.
Do I have to wash my hair or can you?
ensure your hair is washed, blow-dried, and free of products before hairstyle appointment. If you prefer, you can add a wash and blowout an additional $30. If your hair is not blow-dried, an extra $10 will be charged. however if u didn't ad a wash to your appointment it will be $30 if you didn't add a blowout it will be $15 when ou get here.

Can I change my style at my appointment before we get started?
No! ONCE you book your hairstyle online you cannot change it during our appointment. You have will have to cancel online and book your appointment for an open time slot.
